Sriram, a Palakkad Iyer Brahmin himself, also called Sunny in professional circles, has commissioned over 100 f&b outlets over a career spanning 33+ years. His exposure to chain store management has created unique concepts that have survived over time. He is adept in conceptualizing, installations and operations, and constant course-correcting towards the deliverance of ROI.
Clients served successfully include corporate institutions such as Bombay Gymkhana, The Hiranandani Group, Kanakia Group, Piramal Group, Aromas Cafes & Lounges, as well as individual investors and restrapreneurs. He successfully catered to lakhs of pilgrims to Kailas Mansarovar and in 2019, he was awarded “Best Hospitality Consultant of the decade” by the Indian Merchants Chamber – Mumbai chapter.
